Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead for our Back of House/Receiving team in Colton, CA. You will help lead Receiving Associates, model company standards, and support merchandise flow behind the scenes to keep displays fresh.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. You’ll join a fast-paced, value-driven team with competitive pay and employee discounts.

• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
