The anticipated rate is $19.50 per hour, with a monthly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k, and paid time off up to 152 hours per year plus 64 hours of sick time. Schedules run 6am–10pm.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required in a supervisory or similar role.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
