Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a full-time Supervisor to support a fast-paced retail team and to lead daily operations with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

You will guide and coach team members, maintain store standards, and serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled, ensuring safety and efficiency across shifts. The role offers growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do your job. You will know why your work matters and be able to take pride in what you do! The anticipated rate for this position is $18.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
