Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Fargo, ND seeks an experienced Supervisor to lead a high-performing store team. This full-time role emphasizes outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and people development.

You’ll coach others, manage daily store operations, and serve as Leader on Duty. Eligible for a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO and more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.

• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including stocking/sales duties.

• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled and handle other duties as assigned.

The anticipated rate for this position is $18.75 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
