Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Titusville, FL is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to join a high-performing team. You will supervise and coach, lead as Leader on Duty, and help maintain a safe, organized store. Expect a respectful schedule and a clear path to promotion.

The role offers a wage of $18.25 per hour with a monthly bonus, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off up to 152 hours annually, plus paid holidays and sick time where applicable.

The anticipated rate for this position is $18.25 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
