Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Uniontown, PA is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead a high-performing retail team and model professional customer service. You will ensure a safe, clean, and organized store while promoting a culture of growth.

The role offers $18.75 per hour with a monthly bonus, plus comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO up to 152 hours, and paid sick time. Schedule is 6am–10pm with opportunities for promotion and development.

The anticipated rate for this position is $18.75 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
