Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisory Leader for our Idaho store. The role is full-time and focuses on leading a high-performing team, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

The anticipated rate is $20.50 per hour, with eligibility for a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan. PTO and paid holidays are provided, with schedules from 6am to 10pm.

The anticipated rate for this position is $20.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
