Job Overview

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated rate for this position is $19.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The role is eligible for a monthly bonus. We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to associates and their families, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible associates can enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Paid time off includes up to 152 hours per year, including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Sick time up to 64 hours per year is also available unless otherwise mandated by law.

Work Schedule

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking/Sales associate duties and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role
• Excellent communication skills in person, email, and telephone
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds intermittently and stand/move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist; capable of safely climbing ladders
• Willingness to become certified to operate a forklift per IIPP standards
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to attendance policies is required
