This full-time Supervisor role is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do their job. It is ideal for those with recent leadership experience and a passion for retail.

The anticipated rate is $18.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is eligible for a monthly bonus. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401k plan. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Sick time up to 64 hours per year is also provided, subject to legal requirements.

Work hours are during operating times from 6 am to 10 pm, with respectful scheduling.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all store operations, including stocking and sales duties
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements - Who You Are

• Must be at least 18 years old
• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills in person, email, and phone
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely operate a ladder
• Willing to become forklift certified in accordance with IIPP
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to attendance policy required
