Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor to join our retail team in a full-time capacity. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and organized store environment.

You will cross-train across stocking and sales duties, serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled, and participate in ongoing leadership development. This role offers a structured career path and performance-based bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• This role requires recent leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service and team coaching skills are essential.
• Ability to model Professional conduct and store standards.

The anticipated rate for this position is $18.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
