Harbor Freight Tools in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Supervisory role (full-time) to lead a high-performing retail team. You will oversee daily operations, model professional service, and help drive store performance with a focus on customer satisfaction and safe, organized environments.

You will coach and develop others, serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth stocking and sales processes, while enjoying comprehensive benefits and growth

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and be able to take pride in what you do! The anticipated rate for this position is $18.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
