Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Circleville, OH is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead a high-performing team and model outstanding customer service. You will tell your work matters and be proud of your contributions in a retail setting.

This position offers $22.00 per hour, eligibility for a monthly bonus, and a robust benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off up to 152 hours per year.

Qualifications

• Recent leadership experience in retail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to lead and coach others.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours 6am–10pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales duties and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.

The anticipated rate for this position is $22.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
