Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Rehoboth Beach, DE is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead a high-performing retail team. You will be empowered to coach others, deliver excellent customer service, and model professional conduct during all store operations.

The position offers a wage of $20.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), PTO up to 152 hours, and paid sick time. You’ll work schedules from 6am to 10pm and have opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Recent leadership experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop others.
• Willingness to cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales duties.
