Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) in Greensburg, IN. The role offers an hourly range of $23.50–$25.85 with a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) matching.

PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays, and sick time are included. Schedule is 6am–10pm with opportunities for promotion and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.

• Be a subject matter expert and model Great Place To Work behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.

Our Assistant manager (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. The anticipated range for this position is $23.50 – $ 25.85 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
