Harbor Freight Tools in Fort Smith, AR seeks an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high-performing team. You’ll be empowered to lead, coach, and develop associates while delivering excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

Our Assistant manager (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. This role is perfect for you if you have recent leadership experience and are passionate about furthering your career in retail.

The anticipated range for this position is $23.50 – $25.85 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
