Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Stocking Associate to join a high-performing team. The role offers a starting pay of $15.00 per hour, with eligibility for limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability, plus 401(k) participation. PTO accrual up to 152 hours annually and paid sick time up to 64 hours are available.

Schedules run 6am–10pm. You'll help stock, inspect, and greet customers while maintaining a safe, clean store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication with customers and fellow associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to become forklift certified per IPP requirements.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP. (Injury, and Illness Prevention Program)
