Job summary

Spec's is seeking a capable retail team member to stock shelves, assist guests, and keep the store clean and organized. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and follow safety rules.

State law requires you to be over 21 to work at Spec's. A valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit is preferred, and training may be provided. This is a full-time position with consistent shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Retail stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple instructions.
• Be able to communicate with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and front displays; review for out-of-date items.
• Greet guests and help them locate items.
• Operate cash register when needed and assist with checkout.
