What You Will Do:

  • Engage with donors, customers, and fellow team members with a positive can-do attitude
  • Promptly greeting and unloading donor vehicles, showing care with donations received
  • Practice safe behaviors at all times including maintaining clear access to emergency exits & equipment
  • Sort, price, stage, and recycle donations using guidelines provided
  • Keep donation areas neat, clean, and organized
  • Assist truck drivers & helpers with loading/unloading stock into company vehicles
  • Assist team members in other areas of the store as needed to meet store production goals (think BONUS!)

What Do We Need (Requirements):

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must be able to work without close supervision
  • Must be honest and dependable
  • Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance
  • Must be able to safely handle heavy objects (25 lbs frequently and continuous … 50+ lbs occasional)
  • Must be able to handle a very physical job … Continuous walking, standing, lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, stooping, and handling is required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
