Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain safety on the sales floor and report unsafe conditions.
• Help with cashier transactions, returns, and customer inquiries.
• Keep the store clean, restock merchandise, and ensure proper presentation.
• Follow MOS policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
