Job summary

POP MART in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Stock Coordinator to ensure organized, replenished stock and a premium shopping experience for collectors. You will receive and process shipments, keep the stockroom tidy, and support inventory accuracy while collaborating with store leadership on product placement and floor replenishment.

The role requires 1+ years in retail, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, unpacking, and organization of daily shipments.

• Partner with store leadership on product placement, overstock strategy, and floor replenishment needs.
• Support visual merchandising by prepping displays and fixtures as needed.
• Assist in inventory counts, audits, and loss prevention efforts.
• Support sales and KPI goals through product recommendations and engagement.
• Promote key product categories and exclusive collections.
• Support Robo Shop operations and events as needed.
• Open/close procedures and POS tasks; adhere to cash handling and safety policies.
