POP MART Americas Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide the sales floor, coach team members, and drive top-line performance. You will lead by example, model outstanding customer service, and ensure operational excellence across opening/closing, POS, and inventory control.

You will collaborate with store leadership on merchandising, product launches, and events, while fostering an engaging, inclusive environment for customers and colleagues alike.
