Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Stock Coordinator in Santa Clara, CA to ensure products are organized, replenished, and available for customers. You’ll receive shipments, stock the floor, support inventory accuracy, and partner with leadership on placement and replenishment.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires 1+ years in retail and strong organizational skills. The position offers an hourly wage of $19.70 and requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, unpacking, and organization of daily shipments.
• Ensure all new merchandise is processed, tagged, and placed on the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment.
• Lead inventory replenishment to ensure shelves are full and standards are met.
• Partner with store leadership on product placement, overstock strategy, and floor replenishment needs.
• Support visual merchandising execution by prepping displays and fixtures as needed.
• Assist in inventory counts, audits, and loss prevention efforts.
• Serve as a role model for back-of-house operations and stock associates.
• Sales & Business Performance: help achieve and exceed store sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote key product categories, limited-edition releases, and exclusive collections through knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and communicate operational needs to leadership.
• Store Operations: execute opening and closing procedures; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Process customer transactions, returns, exchanges, and other POS activities.
• Support shipment processing, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Protect company assets through cash handling, safety, and loss prevention procedures.
• Brand & Community: stay current on POP MART products and initiatives; support events and brand activations.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

As a Stock Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring our products are organized, replenished, and ready for every collector. While much of your impact happens behind the scenes, your work is critical to maintaining the premium shopping experience that defines the POP MART brand.

You’ll be responsible for receiving and processing shipments, maintaining an organized stockroom, replenishing merchandise to the sales floor, and supporting inventory accuracy. Working closely with store leadership, you’ll help ensure operational excellence, efficient product flow, and successful new product launches while creating a safe, clean, and organized back-of-house environment.

This position reports directly to the Store Manager.

What You Will Achieve

• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and communicate operational needs or business opportunities to store leadership.
• Store Operations
• Execute opening and closing procedures while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and visually compelling store environment.
• Accurately process customer transactions, returns, exchanges, and other POS activities.
• Support shipment processing, replenishment, stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Help protect company assets by following cash handling, safety, and loss prevention procedures.

• Brand & Community
• Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador by staying current on POP MART products, artists, characters, and company initiatives.
• Support in-store events, collector experiences, pop-up activations, conventions, new store openings, and other brand initiatives.
• Support Robo Shop operations and partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience where applicable.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other peak business periods.

What you will need

• 1+ years of retail experience; previous leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts.

Must be able to frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders or step stools to stock and retrieve merchandise.

Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, or move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.

Pay Range Details

The hourly pay rate for this position is $19.70 per hour. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
