Job summary

Snappy’s in Lewistown, MT is hiring a Retail Specialist to keep the store running smoothly and provide friendly service while helping customers find what they need.

You’ll greet customers, process purchases, stock coolers and shelves, rotate products, and maintain beverage areas. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a clean, welcoming store environment.

Previous retail or cashier experience is preferred but not required; we train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Serve Up Great Service: Greet customers, provide friendly and helpful service, and make sure they have a great experience.
• Handle Customer Transactions: Process purchases accurately and efficiently at the register while following procedures for age-restricted products.
• Keep the Store Stocked: Stock and organize coolers, shelves, displays, and other product areas throughout your shift.
• Keep Products Fresh: Rotate products, check dates, and remove outdated items to maintain freshness and quality.
• Maintain Beverage Areas: Keep fountain drink and hot beverage stations stocked, clean, and ready for customers.
• Keep It Clean: Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store throughout your shift.
• Follow Safety & Security Procedures: Follow company procedures for store security, POS access, vendor check-in, and loss prevention.
