Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Merchandising or Operations
• 3-5 years of total experience in retail space planning or store design preferred
• Experience utilizing JDA Intactix Suite - Space, Floor, IKB; AutoCAD experience required
• Proficient in MS Excel; VBA skills a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills; negotiation and influence abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop store-specific seasonal/quarterly overview floorplans in support of financial plans
• Create ad-hoc analysis and forecast heat maps to optimize space productivity
• Coordinate with space and floor planning teams for new stores, remodels, and prototypes
• Identify store, district, and regional risks/opportunities and present actionable recommendations
• Support Manager of Space Management with special projects and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and drive efficiency
