Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to represent us inside Lowe's locations across the region. You'll engage homeowners with friendly conversations about solar energy and home energy savings, qualify prospects, and schedule in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

This role offers On-Target Earnings of $55,000 to $85,000 annually, plus competitive hourly pay and uncapped commissions.

• Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's retail locations.

• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.

• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential
