Venture Home seeks a Retail Sales Representative to join our team inside Lowe's locations. You will engage homeowners about solar energy, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations with our Energy Consultant.

This role requires strong communication and a customer-first mindset to help homeowners save on energy costs. We offer competitive pay with uncapped commissions and an on-target earnings range, plus full-time benefits for eligible employees.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential
• Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission
