Venture Home Solar, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to represent us inside Lowe's locations. You will engage homeowners, explain solar energy benefits, and qualify customers for in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants. The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and reliable transportation.

About the Role You will have the opportunity to be located within a large home improvement store chain. We're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our sales team as Retail Sales Representative

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential
• Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission
• Flexible scheduling with full-time opportunities
