Job summary

Mondelez International in Salem, VA is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to lead in-store execution for iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, BelVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

As a Brand Execution Merchant you will stock shelves, build displays, write orders on iPad, and partner with store teams to ensure on-shelf availability. You must be 18+, drive a personal vehicle, hold a HS diploma, and excel in fast-paced retail environments.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Stock shelves and build/display promotions to ensure visibility.
• Place product orders via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Develop strong relationships with store personnel and management.
• Communicate store insights and opportunities to the RTM and management.
