Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Retail Account Manager in California to oversee security services for a portfolio of smaller accounts. This role involves direct collaboration with on-site clients and supervision of Security Supervisors to ensure delivery of services and post orders.

You will coordinate staffing, scheduling and training, while driving service improvements and expanding business opportunities for client accounts. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

• 3 years of security management experience required.
• Ability to multitask across competing priorities.
• Proven track record of leading a team; experience supervising 45 officers.
• On-site position working directly with the client.
