Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Shortage Control Associate in Florida to help maintain a secure shopping environment and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will greet customers with a friendly, confident presence and monitor entrances/exits to deter theft, reporting incidents to the Manager on Duty as needed. The role requires 1+ years in customer service or loss prevention, the ability to stand for long periods, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and maintain awareness of surroundings.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with disciplined decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to deter theft.

• Identify and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in bag and package checks following safety and security standards.

Join our team as a Shortage Control Associate and contribute to a secure shopping environment while delivering exceptional customer service!As a Shortage Control Associate (SCA), your role directly impacts the store's security and the overall shopping experience for our customers.
