Job summary

Responsibilities include promoting promotions, maintaining merchandise presentation, developing product knowledge, and assisting in inventories and shipping. Prior retail experience helps success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for our customers through awareness and company service standards.
• Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock organization; keep areas clean and tidy.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Maintain awareness of Loss Prevention concerns involving customers and staff.
• Participate in inventories, assist in shipping/receiving and merchandise placement.
• Process all cashier transactions in accordance with policy; ensure shoes are matched.
• Process all sales and POS transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
