What You’ll Do

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be a trusted member of the leadership team — helping drive store success while delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.

Create an Exceptional Customer Experience
  • Deliver personalized styling and customer service that makes every guest feel valued
  • Build lasting customer relationships through outreach and clienteling programs
  • Support sales goals, KPIs, and daily store performance
  • Provide support with phone orders and customer inquiries
  • Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, professionalism, and positivity
Support & Lead the Team
  • Help create a fun, collaborative, and high-performing work environment
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
  • Support Sales Associates through coaching, communication, and teamwork
  • Assist with daily operations and ensure company standards are upheld
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
  • Assist with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays
  • Support inventory, shipment processing, and store organization
  • Handle cash management and bank deposits with accuracy and integrity
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous retail experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, Retail Associate, or similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support a team
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ year of retail experience preferred
