Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Support Store Manager in training sales staff according to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational control standards.
