Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full-time RETAIL COFFEE SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: PJ's Coffee at Louisiana State University, Skip Bertman Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70803. Note: online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior restaurant management experience required. Willing to train!

Compensation

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
