Requirements:
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be part of the store's management team. You'll supervise store personnel, open the store, and be the keyholder/supervisor on duty. Your responsibilities include training and coaching store associates, greeting and assisting donors/customers, addressing team complaints/challenges, and maintaining the store's overall appearance and cleanliness. Ongoing training is provided. Opportunities for transfer to other stores may be available as you progress in your career.
