Retail Shift Supervisor/Keyholder

• Experience in retail, fast food, or warehouse environments

What you'll be doing:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the store's management team. Your responsibilities include supervising store personnel, opening the store, and acting as the keyholder/supervisor on duty. You will help train and coach store associates, model greeting and assisting donors/customers, address team challenges, and maintain store appearance and cleanliness. Ongoing training is provided, and opportunities for transfer to other stores may be available as you progress in your career.
