Job description

Assists the Retail Store Manager and Retail Assistant Store Manager in the operation and management of a retail center by performing the following duties personally or through supporting team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures that a positive example is set for all team members. * Recognizes when team members need coaching and provides immediate coaching when applicable. * Issue refunds and resolves customer concerns. * Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to a member of store management, appropriate District Manager, and/or Asset Protection department. * Complies with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas; maintains same to meet CARF, Department of Labor, and other regulatory standards. * Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the Retail Store Manager and/or Retail Assistant Store Manager; see Supervisory Responsibilities below. * Performs all administrative and clerical duties including but not limited to completing opening/closing duties, making bank deposits and securing the building at the direction of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager

in accordance with established guidelines. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the Retail Store Manager and/or Retail Assistant Store Manager. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the Agency's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include training team members, planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing concerns and reporting circumstances to the Retail Store Manager or Retail Assistant Store Manager.
