Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Retail Shift Lead to help oversee daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment. You will guide staff, manage cash handling, and deliver strong customer service while supporting inventory control.

The role requires 1+ year of retail management or leadership experience, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to train and develop teammates. We value reliability and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Job Functions:
