Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in Texas is seeking a Retail Shift Lead to help manage daily operations, ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming store, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management or team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• 1+ year of training and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.

Job Functions:

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.

Experience:

Skills and Demands:

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.
