EZPAWN in Dallas is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead the team, manage day-to-day operations, promote sales, and build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced pawn store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of pawn items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics is a plus.
