Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in retail or customer service; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervision: Oversee daily operations during the shift and ensure staff are on task.
