Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Retail Shift Lead in Hubbard, OH to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment while supporting daily operations and guiding the team to deliver excellent customer service. This role offers growth from within and hands-on leadership opportunities.

You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, assist with scheduling and cash integrity, and train team members to uphold high standards of service and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management or team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations.
• 1+ year of training and developing teams.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
