Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management or team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• 1+ year of training and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory management and customer service.
• Assist management with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and POS operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
