EZCORP is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) for our EZPAWN stores in Wheat Ridge, CO. You will lead frontline teams, deliver excellent customer service, process loans, and help drive sales in a fast-paced pawn environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers while promoting sales and pawns.
• Lead and coach Team Members to achieve store goals.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms.
• Open and close store procedures.
• Support store leadership in daily operations.

Our Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) position offers competitive pay based on experience with an opportunity to quickly increase your pay and position!

• - Complete the initial 5-week paid training program and earn a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker upon completion of the program

• - Follow the Career Path and train for an Assistant Manager position which includes a 6-month training program to build the foundation to run your own store

Other Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) duties include:

Requirements for the Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) role:

• - High school diploma or GED
• - Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
• - Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• - Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• - Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
• - Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
• - Sales background, a plus
• - Bilingual, a plus
