Retail Service Team Member Evening Shift

Store - Roanoke, Valley View

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and support our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping customers locate products and providing solutions
• Executing cash handling to standards for checkout
• Engaging customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and completing enrollments
• Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
• Participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Completing merchandise recovery and store maintenance
• Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Supporting shrink and safety programs
• Adhering to SOPs and company policies for compliance
• Maintaining respectful interactions and promoting a positive image
• Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
• Handling heavy boxes and using ladders or similar equipment
• Work may include nights, weekends, and outdoor activities
