Join Our Team as a Retail Service Team Member at Michaels Stores

Location: Store - ST. CLOUD, MN

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and help them find products.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, including cash handling.
• Engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, including enrollment.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery standards, including merchandise return and general upkeep.
• Support in-store merchandising and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies for legal compliance.
• Interact respectfully with team members and promote a positive environment.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Retail and customer service experience preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and access high shelves.
• Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Some outdoor work and climate considerations may apply.
