Join to apply for the Retail Service Team Member role at Michaels Stores.

Store - EPPING, NH

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
  2. Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
  3. Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; complete enrollments
  4. Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  5. Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
  6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
  7. Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
  8. Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
  9. Support shrink and safety programs
  10. Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance
  11. Interact respectfully with others; promote a positive image; serve as role model
  12. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Other duties as assigned. Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
  • Lift heavy boxes, access high shelves with ladder or equipment
  • Work in climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
