Description And Requirements

The Retail Service Stocker will be responsible for stocking shelves in assigned grocery stores, checking inventory, and updating stock totals. They will answer management questions, handle maintenance issues, and send daily updates to their manager. The Stocker ensures shelves are fully stocked, match shelf tags, and are ready for shoppers.

Essential Functions

• Stock and merchandise client-supplied products in stores
• Maintain displays
• Assist with product placement on shelves
• Participate in training on stocking practices and Impact guidelines
• Report store results and conditions to management
• Handle maintenance issues
• Send daily updates to your manager
• Work in a team to complete daily tasks
• Maintain good attendance and safe work practices

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED

Work Experience

Self-starter with experience in grocery, stocking, inventory, or merchandising preferred. Ability to work independently, follow plans, maintain a positive attitude, and ensure tasks are completed correctly.
