Description and Requirements

The Retail Service Stocker will be responsible for stocking shelves in assigned grocery store(s), checking inventory, and updating stock totals. They will answer management questions, handle maintenance issues, and send daily updates to their manager. The role ensures shelves are fully stocked, match shelf tags, and are ready for shoppers.

Essential Functions

• Stock and merchandise products throughout assigned stores at scheduled rates.
• Maintain displays and assist with product placement on shelves.

• Report store conditions and results to management.
• Handle maintenance issues and send daily updates.
• Work collaboratively in a team, maintain good attendance, and follow safe work practices.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED

Work Experience

• Self-motivated, thorough, and positive attitude. Experience in grocery, stocking, inventory, or merchandising is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow schematics, and organize efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Energetic with capacity for multi-tasking.
• Physical ability to carry 20 lbs and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in various environments and conditions, including outdoor weather.
