Position Overview

Reporting to the District Sales and Service Manager, Retail Service Merchandisers are responsible for overseeing company products in their designated stores as well as establishing relationships with our mass sales customers. This is a home office-based position.

Essential Job Functions

1. Responsible to maintain POG integrity, maintain POP, dust and straighten sets, pack down counter and bring out back stock.
2. Responsible to secure and build off counter displays.
3. Responsible to develop store level contacts within their territory.
4. Responsible to drive sales through store level management where applicable.
5. Responsible to train / PK store personnel, SPAR, Acosta, MET and any other service companies chosen by the company where applicable.
6. Responsible for competitive field intelligence from competition within their territory.
7. Responsible to conduct regional price surveys when requested.
8. Responsible to facilitate buybacks in their territory where applicable by account.
